First Day of attachment
23 Nov, Rainy Day
0800 - 1430
-took a bus, a train and a bus
-approached a bus driver, a commuter, a lady and a student for directions to get to SIMTech in NTU
-ate chocolate bun in Training Room 1 as breakfast and kept sucking on Vicks 'cos of dry throat and severe blocked nose
-chose my project, and followed my mentor, Ms Aw Leck Leng, to the lab and started on my very first science research
-no temp. pass, waited outside the door for another person with the pass to get in when I went out for toilet
-bought 20 cents cappucino and played mini golf alone
-explored third level during break
-had lunch at a nearby foodcourt by myself, ate sweet & sour fish set meal for $2.50 and banana milkshake for $2.00
-left for Squash at 2.30pm.
-waited at the wrong bus-stop to get back to Boon Lay
-took bus 199 and train to Singapore Poly
Second Day of attachment
25 Nov, Sunny Day
0800-1800
-took a bus, a train and a bus to SIMTech and walked the correct direction immediately
-had research on project till lunch
-ate fried rice for $2.50 but added coleslaw, so lunched for $3.00.
-drank teh-si for $0.40
-food is cheap and filling, yay.
-went back to lab and continued researching
-wandered off to do class SL and campfire proposal for ANCO half-way
-stopped research at 1800 and left for meeting at CWP
-waited at the wrong bus-stop again
-ran to the correct bus-stop and bus 199 came when I ran back to the wrong bus-stop to catch the bus which could bring me back all the same
-read TIME mag and listened to songs by liang wen yin

Tomorrow got AGM! Wonder if AJ's AGM would be the same as St. John's.

New skin for the new year.. soon to come.
In fact, this skin isn't new. I used it a few years/ months back. Argh, I totally lost track of time this year! Anyway, I like Calibri!
I'm having a severe blocked nose now. My voice sounds like some toad with air not flowing smoothly and sufficiently into my lungs and a minor sore throat.
Grrr.
And everyone's flying or have already flown away from Singapore recently. Zhixian, Angie, Ye Kai, Wang Hao, Yi Hsin, Vns, Bibiana? I read from her blog that she went to Genting. Probably not through flight but.. anyway, it's the same that everyone's not in Singapore!
Again, I can't go on a true holiday this year 'cos of attachment, comp. training and ANCO course. Never mind, I love Singapore.
Argh. Blocked nose makes me breathe through my mouth and this makes me cough!
